The Financial Analyst develops and monitors short-term budgets and long-term financial plans to accomplish the financial goals and objectives of WaterOne.  This person will also maintain sophisticated spreadsheet based financial models used in annual budgeting, cash flow planning, long-term capital financing, capital expenditure reporting, and the development of cost of service based rates and fees.  This person will use technical and analytical skills to help provide information for and make recommendations to the Manager-Financial Planning and Analysis and Director-Finance for their use in making financial decisions.
