WaterOne’s Plant Mechanic team is responsible for maintaining all WaterOne machinery by performing mechanical maintenance and repairs on water treatment equipment, pumping equipment, and plumbing systems at all WaterOne facilities.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally lift/or move up to 100 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee must be able to move occasionally from one location to another or be able to remain in a stationary position for up to several hours a day. The employee must be in possession of a licenses and be able to operate a vehicle at any given time. The employee must be able to occasionally position self to install, remove, or maintain equipment and other items. The employee must be able to distinguish colors and ascend and descend ladders to work on equipment. The employee must meet qualifications for using air purifying and air supplied respiratory protection.
